Get recruited as a Marshal or Strategist from being a Free Officer. Defeat more than 10,000 enemies using just Stratagems. Complete four Battle Objectives in a single battle. Have a subordinate officer abandon you for the first time. Win a battle with more than 90% of your total forces remaining. Build at least six of the same facility. Obtain all of the trophies in the game. In Edit Mode, create at least one officer, banner, warhorse and soldier. 
Complete a Quest and deepen your friendship with your Ruler. Fight your way into enemy territory alone and defeat an officer. Profess your love for someone or have someone confess their love for you for the first time. Use any custom character to defeat all of the famous officers. Raise the banner of your own Kingdom for the first time. Capture 10 or more bases during a single battle. Be appointed as a Strategist for the first time. Be appointed as a Marshal for the first time. Have at least three officers declare their love for you in a single lifetime. Receive a weapon or item as a gift for the first time. View any of the endings using a custom character. Various TrophiesComplete the following tasks to unlock PlayStation 4 trophy rewards. Complete Slay The Vagabond Unit while having either Lu Bu,Zhang Liao,Xu Huang in your Vagabond Unit. Complete Infiltrate The Treasury while in a Vagabond Unit. When asked by your Ruler if wish to succeed him/her, Accept. Friendship must be A rank with the Ruler. Accept the confession from the opposite gender and say "Yes" to marry them. As a Marshal or Strategist, Rebel from your Ruler and win the battle. Complete Rescue The City while in a Vagabond Unit. Invade the last area on the map that isn't under your control. Complete 5 quests each in Assassination,Infiltrate,Raid quest chain. As a Marshal or Strategist, Rebel from your Ruler and fail the mission. Have a significant portion of the land under your control or construct 6 of the same building. You can confess to them via "Special" or wait for them to confess to you. Raise your friendship to A Rank with the opposite gender. Use Raise Banner as a Vagabond Unit and win the battle. Complete Guard The Ruler while in a Vagabond Unit. You can ask them via "Special" or wait for them to ask you. Raise your friendship to A rank with any officer. Complete Assassinate The Ruler while in Vagabond Unit. There are some which require you to be a Free Officer/Marshal/Stragegist/Ruler to unlock as well. 
Most event's will only unlock while you are in a Vegabond Unit. EventsEvents are small clips which occur when certain conditions have been met.
